2. Description of Service
We provide a free AI-powered study pack tool. Paste a YouTube URL and receive AI-generated study materials including timestamped notes, a practice quiz, and Anki-ready flashcards. No account is required.
3. Usage Limits
Free Plan: Up to 3 successful study packs per day per IP address. Videos up to 60 minutes. No sign-up required. Only videos with captions are supported.
Pro Plan: Not yet available. Features and pricing will be announced when the plan launches. No payment is processed at this time.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Study materials (notes, quiz questions, and flashcards) are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are for study and reference only and do not constitute professional advice. Always verify critical information from the original video.
5. Third-Party Content
Our service processes publicly available video captions from YouTube. We do not store original video content or raw captions. Video content remains the property of its respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit content that is illegal or infringes others' rights
- Attempt to overwhelm, disable, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Use automated scripts to bypass rate limits
- Resell or redistribute the generated study materials as your own original content
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated study materials. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
